Each entity is independently responsible for the processing of data described in this statement, unless otherwise specified in this statement. The entities do not have access to each other’s data.

Applying via our website
If you apply via our website, we ask you to provide the necessary information such as your name, telephone number, e-mail, date of birth and CV. Your data will only be used for the implementation of the recruitment and selection procedure within Ooms.
We process your personal data in the context of the legitimate interests described above. You have the right to object to this processing at any time on the basis of reasons related to your specific situation (see ‘Your rights’ below).
Retention period
Ooms does not store your personal data for longer than necessary. How long your personal data is stored depends on the purposes for which this data is processed and the applicable statutory retention period. For the data that you have provided for your application, Ooms does not store it for longer than necessary, unless you have given permission to store this data for a longer period.
Third parties
For the above-mentioned purposes, we use supporting or additional services from third parties, such as IT suppliers and suppliers of recruitment systems. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf, which obliges them to adequately protect your personal data and to only process it in accordance with our instructions. Ooms remains responsible for this processing.
Ooms does not provide your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your express permission. Ooms does not sell your data to third parties for marketing, sales and other business activities.
Security
Ooms handles the processing of your data with the utmost care. We continuously take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against misuse, loss, unauthorized use, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. (A) Right of access

(C) Right to erasure
